good fit and quality. I have a 2002 BMW x5 and it was leaking oil. Once I got the old gasket out I could see how flat it was and it turned hard. The new one fit right in and no more leak!

Seems well made. Original was horribly brittle, old and flat. New one was an exact fit, nice and round and supple.
