Bought this for my 06 BMW 325i when I did my own oil change. This is the exact replacement filter for it. Cheaper than anywhere else online. No complains, will get from Amazon again.

Direct replacement for 2006 330XI (N52 engine). Comes with new gaskets for the filter, as well as a new washer for the oil drain plug. Changing the oil yourself is something that will save you thousands of dollars over the life of your Ultimate Driving Machine. Installation is simple, unscrew the oil filter cap, slide the old filter out, slide the new one on, replace the tiny gasket at the bottom as well as the larger gasket towards the top, put the entire thing back and screw it in tightly (I hand tighten it to make it easier to remove next time). I try to change my oil between 10,000 and 15,000 even if the vehicle doesn't tell me I need it, but I'm going to start replacing the filter more often than that because it's cheap and I'm a bit of an "enthusiast" when it comes to my driving style :) To reset the oil service light, just search Youtube (example: E90 service reset), there are literally hundreds of videos showing how to do it.

Update: If you can, use a torque wrench and adapter to tighten the filter housing. The last time I hand-tightened, it wasn't enough and the high pressure caused the gasket to flare out, and oil to spray all over the inside of the engine compartment.

I recently changed the oil in my 08 BMW 535i and used this filter. It comes with both o-rings and a new crush washer for the oil plug. Construction is as solid as the OEM filters the dealers use. The dealer charges $150 and I have to wait something like 4 hours for an oil change. With this filter and 7 liters of Mobil 1 synthetic I changed it myself for about $70 in about 30 min. Good product.
