Since my boat and motor are new as of June 2010, I've opted to buy the Mercury recommended parts and products for DIY maintenance. My shopping experience with obtaining these parts & products based upon specific recommendations in the Mercury operators manual resulted in Amazon having the best priced and quickest delivery service. I bought the products in bulk to save on shipping and since I will have to do regular maintence over time with these products, it will save me time and money in the future. Compared to running around to various marinas and depending on their available stock, ordering on line and through Amazon was the best and easiest alternative.

The oil was shipped as advertised and a great value. Unfortunately a number of other items I received were crammed into the same box. The packing could have been better to protect the other items.
