Mineral oil with additives. Used the original oil for 600 miles then used this one up to 2,000 miles before changing to synthetic. Expensive but reputable brand. I use same brand for differential gear oil on my truck and the drive shaft for my bike too.

Tip: Don't forget to have the valve clearances checked after break-in. Mine did not need adjusting but its good to know and to be safe on the warranty. The more practical schedule would be in 10,000 miles.

I bought this to add some protection to a new engine I built. Typically, you don't run a synthetic to break-in a new engine, so RP came out with this. It is a non-synthetic oil that has protection additives for engine break-in, but does not prevent the rings from seating. It is not meant for an extend drain interval.

I used this oil to break in a 273 with new flat tappet cam and lifters. I was using double spring valves and didn't bother taking the inner spring out. I had no wear upon break in and use RP oil in all my engines.

Not much to say but that Royal Purple makes great products and I will continue to purchase their products despite the cost. You get what you pay for and Rotal Purple is worth the extra cost. Great price versus other sites where I could purchase this product.

This oil filter seems to get the job done. After all, it is a K & N product. I've used K & N for years and from all accounts and the comments of others, we have never had a complaint. It's simply a nice, heavy duty filter that you can rely on.

Its an oil filter. Can't really notice a difference, feels quality enough. Has a decent price, but any higher and I'd feel ripped off.

First of all I am not rating this product as a 5 star like it the greatest item ever, I am rating this product as follows, would it have been the same product if I bought this at the retail store, was it worth the money saved to buy it online, and am I happy with the product I got in the mail. If all those are a yes for me then I will give it 5 stars. I am not just rating it 5 stars cause its the best product of its class, that is for each person to decide.
