My vehicles with it are a 1998 Chevy Blazer and a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer.
The Blazer is at 180,000 miles and absolutely tears through the gears now. I completely changed over to Valvoline Highmileage ATF but I wanted something a little more. I added this product and now shifts are incredibly fast and hard. I've been using it for 20,000 miles and I can't believe the difference. I reccommend it to everyone about to do a transmission fluid change.
I got similar results with my Trailblazer, being 100,000 miles and 10 years younger, there wasn't that much gain, except now, gear changes rip your head off and it'll spin tires off the line even with my locking rear differential.
As far as the Jeep, I just put it in today, so we won't know for a while, but it's a 2002 Jeep Liberty V6, and as soon as he put it in reverse, there was a difference, the transmission used to make this buzzing sound going into gear which was clearly audible 50 feet away, now it's just a quiet little whisper. According to him, taking it around the block, the transmission shifts better going up hills than it used to. The mileage on this unit is 100,000 miles on a Chrysler 45RFE transmission.
UPDATE: October 2013
My Blazer just passed the 200,000 mile mark and it still jams gears like a brand new transmission.
As a side note: In any of my vehicles, I change the fluid whenever the transmission 'feel' changes. So, none of them ever have old fluid. Also, I ALWAYS put a bottle of Lucas ATF conditioner in. The reason for this is because I drive them very hard. I have never taken a vehicle out without hitting the red line at least once. Even in their old age, good fluids keep these machines working well.
Bottom Line: You can feel the difference!

We have used this product in our vehicles in the past and still use it presently. If your transmission is shifting irradically or slipping from one gear to another, put this stuff in and it fixes it in about 50 miles. I have only 4000 miles on the T350. its a 4x4 that sits. Its 5 years since rebuild. I think the bands or seals have dried out.Started a whine in all gears.
Put lucas in it. drove about 25 miles. no change. sat a week. took it for a drive. now i have to assume while mixed in and sat a week the seals must have soaked up the conditioner.
I can barely hear the whine now. i drove another 10 miles. so 35 miles. So I am positive that lucas products works.
The trans is not worn out with only 4k miles on it. but sits for maybe two months but weeks at a time. I am very impressed with lucas.
I will write another review at 100 miles.
