The K&N oil filters make changing the filter a breeze because of the bolt head on the end of the filter. Great idea K&N.

I'm not sure how an oil filter can be much better than another oil filter, but it does look good on my bike. Well maybe with the nut on the end, I'll appreciate it more when it comes time to remove it.

Just installed this filter recently on my HD Sportster XL1200C. It fits and works fine. I like that filter have a nut and could be installed\removed with help of usual wrench.

(I had to remove original filter by my hands only)

Filter went on the harley fine. Who knows if it works good. Sometimes you have to go by rep. I use the motorcycle Mobil I. It's $10 a quart. Does it work well? I don't know but something about it makes me trust it. I have put Mobil 1 in all my vehicles (24) for the last 30 Years. Never had to work on an engine. Does the oil get dirty? Duh. You stick with what you know. K&N seems to work well on the vehicle and on the test desk. I f the oil has no thermal breakdown and you keep it clean you should be good to go. Buy good oil and good filters for your cars and trucks. Lets keep it clean where it matters.
