This works great on the noisy tappets, car engine runs quiet and it improved my mileage (not alot but every bit counts)

I have been a user of the Bell X-Tra Lube oil additive in many of my automobiles over the past 20 plus years. One of the main benefits from using the product is that it helps protect the lubrication system by reducing friction, heat and wear. I have experienced this benefit first hand. For example, at different times over the years I've had a radiator or water pump problem causing all the water to drain out and causing the engine to overheat. I believe the X-Tra Lube has really protected the engine in extremes conditions such as this.
