I might have missed the description stating that this bracket was plastic. It seems that it will do the job of holding the shower wand. I should have checked the weight, and then I might have suspected it was plastic. The metal coating seems quite thick. I have not mounted it yet and will update as soon as I get it mounted.

Same size as the one sold with any RV (Standard size...and none given in description) I had hoped it was bigger for my new shower head I replaced. Not to mention "double charge" shipping since the 2 small products I order (from this same company) were both sent separately and boxed in "BIG WASTEFUL PACKAGES" which was not called for and thus adding weight to my delivery charges. VERY UPSET about that! Just some wasted money again.

This is plastic painted silver. It works fine just wish it was better quality. Next time I will need to read the description better.

I know some people thought this piece was metal, but it's plastic, which is fine by me. I needed a lightweight holder as I can't put a screw through my shower wall, this unit is held in place by 3M double sided Command pads and it's holding up the shower head just great.
