Motor oil is so expensive these days. This Peak brand oil is great and much cheaper than the others out there. I put it in our 10 year old cars and it works fine. I love not having to lug it all home, hooray for amazon delivery!

Reviews of Peak P3M0576 SAE 5W-30 Multigrade Motor Oil - 1 Quart Bottle, (Case
this product is really good. I put it in my 2000 cavalier which has 237000 miles on it and it does the job. My car runs great and for the price of this oil. Damn it does a good job. If your a cheap-skate or low on money but want to keep your car in good shape this is the oil to buy. For the miles that are on my car, It really does a good job.

Reviews of Royal Purple Synthetic Motor Oil 5W20 Multi-Grade -(Case 12
I use this oil in my 05 Ram and have no complaints. One of the best motor oils anyone can put in any engine. I also use the Royal Purple filters as well.

I read a great many reviews, tests, and anecdotal reports before choosing an oil filter for my car. I wanted something better than an old-style cellulose filter media. The Mobil 1 EP filter is a hybrid of both synthetic and cellulose media.
I have no issues with the Mobil 1 EP filter in my car. I have no valvetrain or other abnormal noise, even at startup.
The M1EP has a quality gasket, so it goes in and comes out easily. The can is very solid. This means two things: The M1EP will not burst if your oil pressure spikes; and unlike some cheap oil filters, the M1EP won't bend when you remove it. The anti-drainback valve is made of quality silicone. The bypass valve is controlled with a coil spring.
I've had my oil tested for particle counts with M1EP filters, with one particular brand of filters using pure synthetic media, and with filters using pure-cellulose media. Based on the numbers I saw, the M1EPs did a vastly better job of cleaning up the oil. That is, the particle count was much lower with the M1EP versus the OEM cellulose filters, and versus the pure synthetic filters. It wasn't even close.
The only bad point, at first glance, is that it costs more than many filters. But it can be kept on for 15,000 miles. If you keep it on for two or more oil changes, the price factor ceases to be an issue. Besides, my car--and my peace of mind--are worth it.
Just one other note: The packaging and product labeling on M1EP filters has changed recently (as of early 2012). The new packaging claims "99.9% efficiency", where previously it said "99.2%". It also says it lasts "3X as long", where before it said "2X". I called Mobil and asked about this, to see if the oil filters had changed, or if this was merely for appearances. I was told that only the packaging/labeling has changed. The product itself has not changed.
Good price for money. I have 06 hyundai sonata 4 cylinder. Would highly recommend filters.

The previous deal on a 6-pack of M1 filters wasn't to be found. The filters themselves are fine, one of the better built units out there, just hope to find better prices (I go thru several filters a year).Best Deals for Mobil 1 M1-104 Extended Performance Oil Filter, Pack of 2
Ordered filters 2 day free shipping. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Filters are heaver then other filters (fram, purolator, etc). Wonderful material of construction quality. Internals have spring loaded backflow preventer and nicely designed filter media and supports. I've used so far fram 9688, microguard to date. In my opinion there is no comparison to Mobil extended guard.Good price for money. I have 06 hyundai sonata 4 cylinder. Would highly recommend filters.

Honest reviews on Mobil 1 M1-104 Extended Performance Oil Filter, Pack of 2
Stop using oem filter because they sometimes were out of the original mitsubishi filter. Took it to the dealer and it fit without any problems. I checked it after a 100km run and it had no leaks.Cannot feel any difference but at least I figured since I was using Mobile 1 10W30 oil that this filter would be a good match. The filter cost 2 dollars less than the oem filter.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Mobil 1 M1-104 Extended Performance Oil Filter, Pack of 2
Fits my truck perfectly. For the price it cant be beat. Mobil 1 air filter and fully synthetic oil are my top choices. Good price with prime on the filter
