Royal Purple HPS 5w30 has been a fantastic motor oil in my application. I drive my car sparingly, but when I do drive, it is "spirited" and aggressive. Prior to running the HPS 5w30, I was a long time user of Amsoil and Castrol 0w30 synthetic.

6 quarts of HPS 5w30 later, my Saleen S281 is running quieter than it did on the previous fill of Castrol EDGE SPT. The car feels less sluggish and has a more immediate responsive feeling to throttle input.

Used oil anaylsis have shown this oil to give extremely low wear and even after 10K it shows a high TBN (better to resist acids) I would rate this oil excellent for high performance engines and extended OCI's.

Royal Purple with the synerlec is the best oil i have ever used .I can tell the difference in horsepower and gas mileage.Both is a little better.i use royal purple oil filter with it for extended oil change.it's also top of the line.just get both your be happy.

I purchased Royal Purple HPS 5W-30 for my initial oil change for my 2013 BMW 335is over the performance BMW oil. It has been doing wonderfully on my daily drives to and from work along with pushing 100 to 130 mph. I will be purchasing more and continue to use this product.

Buying this online saved me a few bucks. It would have come in a timely manner, but there was damage in shipping. The oil was replaced at no cost to me. The only complication was I had to send a picture of the package that I did receive, without the oil included, to the seller so they could process my complaint. Once that was done, I got my explanation + my resolution quickly.

I bought 5 quart of this oil at my local walmart for $25. Amazon needs to be realistic about their prices.

But the oil itself is fantastic. Even though the recommended grade was 5w30 for my car, using 0w30 helped during cold winter temps. And it doesn't really matter in summers coz the normal/high temp grade is still 30. 0w30 should be the new 5w30 for all cars.

I started using this in my daughters '09 Ford Focus. The Car called for a synthetic 0-20. I saw this in Walmart for about $24 for the 5 quart bottle and gave it a shot. The car seems to perform better and mileage has gone up about 1-2 mpg.

When i got this car i got a low 15MPG, after a fresh oil change 5w30 i got up to 20MPG, then after 3000 miles I used 0w30 and now get up to 22MPG, so it gave me a 2MPG increase

Ive been using Redline since my first oil change on my G37S. The engine in my G37s produces a lot of heat and the cheaper (in quality, not cost!) Nissan Ester Oil was shearing down after 3,000 miles and not able to hold up for longer oil change intervals. Ive had UOA's done for Redline for the past 20,000 miles and every ppm has decreased significantly and the Redline can hold up to 10,000 mile oil change intervals.

Do some research on oil forums and compare UOA's. Redline is always a top performer!
