I have been buying these K & N Filters for many years, and i use RedLine 10W-40 in my LS-2 Supercharged engine. This Pontiac GTO has approx. 575 H.P. under ther hood and i wouldn't use any other filter. Better yet, this price beats all other prices i have paid and i will buy from these guys for their price and their immediate shipping! Great deal overall...

This K&N HP-1007 High Performance Oil Filter seems to work pretty good as far as I can tell, its probably just as good as the deluxe filter at your local auto shop but for less.

I installed a K&N air filter in my 06 Silverado 5.3L V8 with amazement of the discovered torque and exhaust dB so I ordered their filter and was not disappointed. Fits no problem except the fact that I assumed I had a 1" socket.
