I have been using Castrol Motor Oil for over 20 years and it is by far the Best Synthetic Oil in the market!

It has a history and reputation among quality Auto Makers such as BMW, SUBARU, LEXUS and HONDA that

recommend Castrol Synthetic Oil for their cars for many years because of its superb lubricant ingredients and

engine protection that it is renowned for.

I own two Subaru's, a Legacy and a brand "New" Impreza WRX that I am using this Castrol 0w20 Titanium Oil and

the motors flow with plenty of extra horsepower and smoothness upon acceleration of speed when necessary.

With this 'New" Castrol Titanium 0w20 motor oil, I feel that I'm getting even better engine protection due to higher

quality additives that Castrol has created and included in this formula as oppose to their previous Syntec Line.

Bottom line, if you want to invest and get the "best protection" for your engine for years to come from a synthetic oil along

with better gas mileage both in high and cold temperatures in comparison to other synthetics, this Castrol Titanium Motor Oil

is the absolute best to use in your auto pride procession!!!

New CRV requires 0-20W oil and Castrol Synthetic is one of few available. I have always used Castrol and Amazon makes it easy to receive with subscription. Casttrol performs best in my automobiles.

Honest reviews on Castrol 06240 EDGE 0W-20 Titanium Synthetic Motor Oil - 1 Quart

I needed a 0-20W oil for my new Mazda CX5, and wanted to go synthetic, so the Castrol Edge was available for a few dollars less than the Mobil One equivalent, so I went for it, knowing BMW and other makes recommend the brand. So far so good. I think my mileage may even have improved slightly, but not 100% sure yet. Seems like a fine product that I can recommend!

This particular brand and grade is recommended by Mazda. This specific brand and viscosity range is not that common and if you lucky to find, it is priced on the high side. Thanks Amazon for making it easily available.

As to quality and performance there is no way for an individual like me to evaluate the merits of this oil as compared to others of the same caliber. Wished the car manufacturer had given general specifications rather than a specific brand -unless there are compelling reasons. That is for Mazda to answer (as well as other cars) pushing oil brands. Makes me wonder if one is scratching each other's back?

Any thoughts, consumers?

Cheap Royal Purple 20-400 Oil Filter

I only gave it 4 stars because the price is high. While it is a great filter, it doesn't show any better filtering than the best WIX filter which is half the price at any Napa store. Compared to a K&N of the same price then yes it is a great deal.

It's doing a great job of cleaning the oil. Royal Purple of course.

Reviews of STP Oil Treatment 15 fl oz (443 ml)

Customer Ratings:

I add a bottle of this to every oil change in my classic muscle car. No need to use another ZDDP supplement. The STP has that in it.

Well, my GMC truck turns 40 years old this year, and that is a lot of oil changes.

Without a doubt, STP Oil Treatment is added to my engine at every oil change.

I recommend this product for older vehicles with high mileage.

I have been around this stuff all my life. We put it in every vehicle every oil change. My family has a local delivery truck company so these trucks don't get long haul easy miles and 4 of them are over a million miles. The others are all over 650K. I think STP is just as good as lucas and in my option it's better just for the cost savings over lucas. I also put it in my car that calls for 5w20 and can tell a difference when I don't if its warm at all outside. If you drive a semi truck you should try adding a bottle of this to your fuel. You will tell a difference in how much better it runs (only on 2003 and older trucks). Also I don't worry with waiting for 5 minutes for the last ounce of this thick stuff to drain. I just get a few built up and then drain them overnight and put that into my mower oil. Good luck.

Have used this for years with superior results. Since all oil lost their high concentrations of zinc and phosphorous in 2008, this is the alternative to get your engine oil to proper protection levels.
