I do my own maintenence on my airplane. Looking into the oil filter during routine maintenence is standard operating procedure. Most airplane filters are large compared to auto or motorcycle filters, which i have, so standard cutters would not work.

The Bryce Oil Filter Cutter is the right tool for my application. It cut the can easily and quickly.

I am quite pleased with my purchase and recommend it to other mechanics.

I'll give it one star because I can't give it none. The cutter will not open aircraft filters. The cutting wheel is too low on the filter to get a good bite. I was unable to cut the first two filters I tried, had to use a different cutter to finish the job. After the second filter, the cutting wheel was shot. This is by far the worst tool I have ever purchased.

I was trying to cut open a aircraft oil filter. I was disappointed with this product. It will not cut open filters with a male fitting. After I cut the male fitting off with a hacksaw it still was difficult to operate. I'll not be using it again.

no need to 'cut-off' the male fitting,to accommodate the filter cutter.

It unscrews and should not be a problem.

Cut's through cleanly and gradually after 2-3 rotations and knob adjustments. Much more fairly priced than every other similar version out there too!

I run this in my 2003 Ducati Monster 800 since the recommended oil isn't available in the US. Tried a few other premium oils, this worked out the best and won't break the bank. My bike has a wet clutch and no slipping or any other noises/ issues.

I have been running this oil in my 2000 night-train which has had lots of engine mods. This oil is great! Been using it for two riding seasons with no problems. Best oil I've used!!!

Lucas oil does a great job. It reduces the temperature in my oil tank on average 15-20 degrees. I have tried other synthetics and they do no better than that. Your prices can't be beat.

I switched from Harley synthetic 2 years ago to this Lucas product. I like the Lucas brand for all my lubrication needs. Being from central Indiana, maybe this makes me a "homer" as Lucas is located here now. This oil is a superior performer in MHO. Bike runs cooler with no clutch issues. When I change the oil, old oil looks pretty clean. I trust this product to keep my 2003 FLHTCUI in top form. I use Lucas products in all. My vehicles now. Their gun oil is pretty sweet as well. Great price and service from Amazon makes this my only choice for oil for my motorcycle.

After reading reviews of this product that say how well its constructed and its advanced filtering I decided I'd give it a try. Upon receiving my first filter I noticed that the element inside was completely loose. I contacted RP who said this was not the way the product was supposed to be and not to use it. I decided to give it another shot and ordered a replacement from Amazon. Upon receiving the second filter I gave it a little shake. Loose Again!!!!!, not as bad as the first time but still not the way its supposed to be. I don't know if this is just a bad batch or what but after this experience I'd be very leery to put one of these on my truck and can tell you I'll never use one of these filters!!!! I mean I'd be worried if I got another if it wasn't loose when I received it that something would come apart inside while on the truck.

I've used Eneos 0w-20 in my 2006 Saturn VUE with the Honda J35A V6 for over 1 year and have seen increased mileage. I drive 99% stop and go city mileage and my average mileage has increased from 18.5 to 19.5 mpg. I easily get close to or exceed 30 mpg on the highway as long as I keep it under 70 mph.

I use this oil in my 2012 Honda Cvic Si in comjunction with a HAMP oil filter high revving 2.4 liter engine needs lubrication and I figure that oil is cheaper than a new engine. Expensive, but peace of mind is priceless.

I just recently brought this Eneos 0w20 motor oil for my Honda. I have used Amsoil for long time and wanted to see if Eneos oil is better. Its is a little better than Amsoil but Amsoil is a good oil too if Eneos oil is not available. I notice my gas mileage went up to around 21.5 mpg using Eneos oil. When using Amsoil I was getting around 20 sometimes close to 21mpg. I drive a 2006 Honda pilot so when I was using cheap regular oil with no synthetic I was getting 17 to 18 mpg in town so synthetic improve gas mileages. The engine feels a little smoother and quicker by using Eneos oil, but using amsoil a few years ago from regular oil, I notice improvment too so Amsoil and Eneos its almost the same in quality because they both gave the engine the best protections and I just thinks Eneos is a little better. The problem with Eneos oil is very hard to find and have to buy online with amazon and amazon does,nt always have them in stock and now its going to be harder to find because of the recent earthquake in Japan. Eneos is made in Japan and they claim that Eneos oil is the best oil in the market and I hope soon there will be more Eneos oil in auto part store instead of buying it online, because this is a really good products.
