I've been using this Lucas Oil product for years with no ill effects. I use it in a 2000 Ford Focus and a 1965 Pontiac. Both cars have a ton of miles on them. It noticeably helps the Pontiac with gas mileage and performance, and it prevents both cars from getting gum and varnish in the fuel delivery system. Today's fuels are very dry due to the ethanol content, and Lucas Oil Fuel Treatment lubricates while it cleans to provide a premium grade fuel source for your engine. This product probably pays for itself with better fuel economy alone, and it keeps both the fuel injectors and carb from getting gummed up and needing service. The 12-pack will last me forever, and it should get my cars there too.

I love all of the Lucas Oil products. My mechanic uses Lucas and he is a man of integrity so I'm now using Lucas Oil products over Amsoil due to the cost savings and easy availablity on Amazon.

We are getting 1-1.5mpg improvement in both our diesels and they are quieter. The motorcycle is not showing any improvements.

A combination of looking to save some $$, and horror stories of shops using the wrong oils causes me to do all my oil changes myself. My 2002 Audi A4 1.8T requires this relatively large filter and amazon has a great price and quick shipping for my lack of sufficient foresight. I combine this with Mobil 1 synthetic oil and my car has been running great. For others with Audi's/VW's 1.8T, Mobil 1 0W40 is one of the approved oils and after significant research 5k miles seems to be the required change interval per a revised service bulletin, although the dash reminder says 10k.

I bought these on sale for $8 each.

I had read that these were a good extended service filter and wanted to try them out.

Yet they were $12-$15 each in stores so when Amazon had a sale on them for $8 I bought 2.

They weight much more then the Purolator Pure One oil filters, which are a fine filter. And these have

synthetic filter materials and are rated for 3x the life that Pure Ones are. I do use synthetic motor oil and

was wanting to get an extended mileage filter. I believe these will work just fine.

I have used this as a replacement filter for each 5000 mi (7500 km) oil change in my 2004 and 2007 Toyota Prius. It has a larger capacity than the standard filter, yet does not take up more space. I purchase them in bulk (10 or 20 at a time) through Amazon and keep them on hand. Also works with our Toyota Echo (same ICE).

Old stock M1-301 filter... Not the newer "3X" more capacity (as pictured) but the older "2X" more capacity... not that it was a bad filter or anything... But I expected what was pictured! Just Saying!

Best Red Line 15204 5W-20 Synthetic Oil - 1 Quart Bottle Deals

Here's why I use Red Line products. Red Line oils are API Group V (polyol esters, polyalkylene glycols (PAG oils), and perfluoropolyalkylethers (PFPAEs) oils and have the highest flash points of all oils and almost always provide the highest engine protection. Examples for ground transportation vehicles are Red Line and Motul 8100 oils (both esters base oils), as most are reserved for air transport engines and are very expensive. However, Red Line oils cost half as much as Motul 8100 and both may be the only API Group V oils available in the U.S. for ground transportion vehicles, without paying a huge premium.

I needed a synthetic with a high flash point. An ester based oil is even better. It solved a chronic problem I was having with my older model Corolla losing oil.

Best Deals for Red Line 15204 5W-20 Synthetic Oil - 1 Quart Bottle

Redline has the most Molybdenum in it than any other oil out there. Using this oil has greatly decreased the dreaded Hemi tick in my 2010 Ram 5.7L. Plus I can go 7500 miles in between oil changes. Use a top of the line oil filter (not a paper element filter) like a Mobil One or Royal Purple when using this oil. Those have been highly rated for use with this oil.

Honest reviews on Red Line 15204 5W-20 Synthetic Oil - 1 Quart Bottle

I think this is the best oil available. It's either Red Line or Amsoil for my vehicles. It claims to be the best but I can't find any lab reports from an independent source.

This oil filter is a great and economical oil filter. We got ours for our 2012 Honda Accord SE. It comes in a 2 pack. Mobil claims that it will last up to 15,000 miles but I like to change mine every 10,000 to 12,000 because there is more stop and go traffic in Southern California. We use this filter along with Mobil 1 Synthetic Fuel Economy 0W-20 oil.

If you're looking at this product & my review, you're probably curious about how this filter performs vs other filters. I'm not a scientist/researcher, so I can't tell you the technical reasons why this filter is better than another other than what is stated on the box. I can however, tell you that I buy items based on other people's reviews. While there aren't any reviews for this particular filter on Amazon, I do know by years of researching on forums for my car (Nissan 350Z), my fiance's car (Acura MDX), and expert resources like BobtheOilGuy.com that Mobil 1 is one oil & filters are some of the best products you can buy for your car that is available almost anywhere.

I'm somewhat of a car enthusiast and I do care about what I put into my car... Most people take care of their expensive products (TVs, furniture, appliances, jewelry, collector's items), so why wouldn't the same philosphy apply to one's car... especially seeing how it's a big investment.

While I can't buy Royal Purple, Amsoil, or Redline at any of the local car parts stores around here, I've always settled for Mobil 1 products. Not to say that it's worse or better than the others, but simply doing a Google search for quality oil and filters will show that Mobil 1 is a respected brand.

With all that said, I bought this 2-pack of filters simply because a single filter alone costs $13 plus tax locally. By buying this 2-pack, I saved roughly $3.80 cents (or $7.60 total) on these filters. Another plus is that this filter fits both my and my fiance's cars. Although the M1-110 isn't listed as compatible for the 350Z, it actually is as I've been using the longer filters on my car for years. So not only did I save a couple bucks, I'm putting a quality filter on my car that has been tried & tested for decades.

Mobil 1 Oil Filter is the best in the market and this special deal, M1-110 2-pk is very hard to beat.

Honest reviews on Mobil 1 M1-110 Extended Performance Oil Filter, Pack of 2

I've always have used Mobil 1 motor oil since i got my first car, even on my new cars, when i bring them to the dealer ship for oil change, I always buy Mobil 1 motor oil and have the dealer use that instead of their own supply. And when I did a search on Amazon about the Mobil 1 oil filter and after reading reviews about OEM oil filter that dealers use, I said to myself i should use these instead. So I did. And what a difference it made, the oil does not turn black as quickly as the oem honda oil filters which are made by fram and most of all my oil level does not drop to low level since is started using these. so for the peace of mind I will keep buying these so long as Amazon can keep shipping them to me.
