These filters have a great review at Auto sites. I like the fact that it still uses my filter cap wrench, and I don't have to drive to the dealer for OEM filters.
I wanted to post an update here. I paid $8.00 for these just a month ago, and now they are over $14.00. Keep an eye on the price. While they are great filters, I won't be using them at almost double the dealers price. I will go back to the OEM filters until these go back down.

When I decided on using Mobil 1 oil in my new car, I decided to use the same brand filter. I do not have any way to tell if this filter is any better or worse than the other major brands out there but I trust the name and the numerous positive reviews on Mobil 1's line of products around the internet.As seen by the glossy finish, the outside of this filter could be slippery if your hands are oily or sweaty. Though I have never had any problem in getting a good hand grip on the filter, it is also constructed to be able to accept an oil filter wrench cap.

So these things get great reviews. Beats the heck out of the cheap factory ones.I plan to still replace at same times even though they are extended because I rather have more piece of mind but price was fair and came quick and packed well.
