As the title states, this is the only 2 stroke oil I use. I have a 75 Yamaha DT400 running premix around 35:1 and it runs great. I bought a quart of some cheap 2 stroke oil once, filled up with it and my engine seized not 20 minutes into riding. It ran mostly fine before that but had never shown any signs of something that would cause seizing. Needless to say I tossed that junk, drained the tank, cleaned the carb and after getting a new piston and hone, went back to good ol' Lucas.

I've been changing my own oil on my Porsche for 10 years. I don't feel this item is constructed as good as the OEM/Mahle, but it does appear adequate. In the future, if convenient, I will try to get OEM ones from Porsche online dealers such as Sunset in Oregon. This item, as pictured, does come with an O-ring, which seems to fit comparable to OEM. I will update if I encounter any issues, but I doubt there will be any.

What Amazon offers is a real convenience over getting one from your local "stealer". Additionally, Amazon has a broad selection of quality synthetic oils available for delivery, further increasing the convenience. Since I am a PRIME member, I can basically get a DIY oil-change kit in 2 days without any hassle. This is probably worth an extra star.

One final note is that I would order the oil and filter separately. Amazon often has terrible packing of heavy and light items together. In this case, the oil filter even shipped separately in its own flimsy wrap-around box, which was crushed. The K&N box was also squashed, but the filter appeared to be OK. Amazon shipping was probably thinking this was a steel-can oil filter. So, I took back that extra star for packaging.

This is a great filter. Got it for my '01 boxster s. Its much cheaper on amazon than I can get locally and it includes a new gasket (the filters at my local auto parts store didn't include that crucial piece.)

Amazon web site states the KN HP-7911 filter fits 09 Cayman Base with 2.9L engine. The filter is about 1" shorter than the OEM filter (Mahle).

We do a ride accross the desert here in Southern California annually and if I didn't see first hand what this oil did I wouldn't have believed it! Often times during this ride we have to stop our Harleys at least twice due to over heating (usually the temp outside is 100-120f through these parts.)

On last years' ride i decided to put a thermastat directly into the oil tank. My bike was getting @ 240-250f with the harley shop oil. This year, I put the Maxima 4 15w50 oil in on a recommendation from a buddy of mine. The outside temps were the same as the previous year (117 degrees) and my bike never got over 223 degrees the whole time...i didn't stop except for gas!

I will also note that it seems to run smoother and also seems to start a little easier?

Kendall GT1 Semi-Syn is one of the best "semi-Syn" oils on the market. The Additive pack (the ingredients added to the oil to lessen wear and enhance lubrication properties) is one of the stoutest of any major brand store bought oil. I would recommend highly this oil to anyone who does not race their vehicle (unless it is the 20w50 which is commonly used in racing circles.)If you are someone who would like to extend their oil change intervals to between 5k and 10k, this is the oil you are looking for.

As the title states this is the best oil for the money. Only Quaker State Ultimate Durability may come close for quality and price.

I used to go to a shop to have my oil changed and they used this oil. The owner really liked this oil, so I looked up some reviews of it online. I found the site , which has people actually testing and reviewing used oil had favorable reviews of it. I then saw that it is actually a lot cheaper for me to buy it by the case and do it myself.

I'm using it in my 2000 Civic with 110k miles and after the second oil change with this oil the used oil still came out looking clean after 5500 miles. I'll continue to buy it until they don't stock it anymore.

This oil is for my 2012 Hyundai Azera. The dealer recommended a synthetic blend oil. This oil does that job for a fair price. I looked at other reviews for this oil and found no problems or red flags. I'm very satisfied so far.

Made in USA and filter is made out of good solid material and feels heavier than your cheap $4/5 filters. Will be using with Schaeffer's Synthetic oil which you can go on up to 10k miles, so wanted to pick up a good filter to use for the longer time of use with Synthetic oil. Product seems good and hopefully will withstand the long haul between oil changes. So far it looks good and feels well made here in USA.

This is an outstanding Oil Filter, I have been using a Bosch 3330 Premium FILTECH Oil Filter on my wife's 1999 Saturn SL2 for many years. This car has a 1.9L engine and does not use any oil between changes. I use Castrol GTX 5W-30 Oil and change the Oil & Filter every 3,500 miles. This is my first time using the D3330 Distance Plus Oil Filter, but I expect it to keep the oil even cleaner than the Bosch 3330 Premium FILTECH Oil Filter. Using good Oil & an excellent Oil Filter has helped me keep my wife's car in top condition. I highly recommend using any Bosch Oil Filter...

i recently used this filter with synthetic oil change on my 2005 LS430. It seems well made and definately better quality than the filters oil change shops give you. It makes sense to use a premium filter if you are using better quality synthetic oil.
