Amazon has this very difficult to locate oil. Pennzoil developed this 0w-40 for the SRT 6.4L HEMI motors with increased moly. (See press release) Dealerships carry the oil often at a premium. This is now the recommended SRT HEMI oil that supersedes the old Pennzoil 5w-40 oils. Mobil 1 0w-40 would be another alternative that is more readily available in the retail space.

This oil is hard to find in a retail store and when you do find it the supply is limited. My SRT requires 7 qts. This oil change at the dealer is around $100.00.

I do my best to keep some of these stuff on hand for when I am working on either of my cars or the motorcycle. I do most of my own automotive work (where time and money for tools permits) and I have a nasty habit of accidentally spilling fluids on the garage floor. This stuff is a real life saver and makes cleanup of my spills a breeze. I normally throw a few hand fulls of this on the spill and then rub it around with my foot until it is dry. After it sits for a while, I clean it up and dispose of it -simple!

This stuff does what it is suppose to. We do not spill a lot in our shop as our processes protect our work space. However, every now and then when something does spill, we have this on hand and it works just fine.

Like to have oil dri on hand for small oil leaks on my driveway. After spending a small fortune on a new driveway a bag of oil dri goes a long way in protecting my investment. Perfect size, easy to store.

I am person who just only changing oil, tires, and batteries in a shop. I found out that I need to get a tool set just like this since I have changed oil for German cars, especially Volkswagen. There is a special oil filter cap which is easily loosed by using this tool. Even though i don't use them everyday, I still believe when I need to use them, they will help me to save a lot of time.

I got these for DIY duty and almost sent them back since they are the stereotypical "Made in China" quality. While they should work for their intended purpose, the quality seems really shoddy. For the price, there are many sizes so this set should cover nearly any need of removing an oil filter cover from cars that have removable filter elements (instead of the old standard where the filter and case are one unit).

We do a ride accross the desert here in Southern California annually and if I didn't see first hand what this oil did I wouldn't have believed it! Often times during this ride we have to stop our Harleys at least twice due to over heating (usually the temp outside is 100-120f through these parts.)

On last years' ride i decided to put a thermastat directly into the oil tank. My bike was getting @ 240-250f with the harley shop oil. This year, I put the Maxima 4 15w50 oil in on a recommendation from a buddy of mine. The outside temps were the same as the previous year (117 degrees) and my bike never got over 223 degrees the whole time...i didn't stop except for gas!

I will also note that it seems to run smoother and also seems to start a little easier?

I bought this oil filter housing cup wrench to replace the thin metal one that I got from Amazon not too long ago. This AST M0219 filter wrench is ok, but great. It still stuck on the oil filter housing when I wanted to remove the filter, and slipped when I tighten it.

Worked perfectly on my E55. All Mercedes M113 engines should have the same oil filter so this will work.

Be careful with other filter wrenches, they may bite too hard into the plastic oil filter cap and damage it, this is the perfect fit however.

Works really well and looks very well made. I used this for my M111.960 engine.

I was worried that I might have purchased the wrong wrench since the official size was 74.4mm. This fits like a glove and is the equivalent of Hazet tool number 2169.

From what I've read, this will work as well for the following engines: M102, M103, M104, M112, M113, M119, M120.

PelicanParts dot com also lists this as compatible with M137, M155, M272, M275, M285, 611, 612, 613, 628, 646, 647, 648.
